Yeah, on a straight INT build you can make the WA deal more straight damage on other weapons. (Sword Dance doesn't dodge low / horizontal attacks, have super armor, or deal nearly as much poise damage) #2. Yes, the WA does less straight DPS than similar weapons with Sword Dance.
