Nitestone fought Driftblade for the majority of the battle, until the Well of Pure Life was destroyed and the battle ended with no outcome. In Wellspring, it was launched into battle to assist Lock in its fight against Backslash and Driftblade. All seems lost, until man soon discovered two different power to combat against the Grimm.

It later participated in the battle with the Desert Wolves, but was called back into its Core towards the end of the battle. About the Series Mankind was born from dust and had to fight creatures of darkness called the Grimm. Nitestone debuted in Lost where it was used by Chase to help track down the runaway Lock. It is very reliable on hit and run maneuvers, but is also capable of holding its own against strong opponents like Driftblade when counted on in dire situations. Like the Core-Tech Monsuno on Chase's team, Nitestone is very loyal to Chase. Coupled with its tracking senses is its land speed and agility, maneuvering swiftly and attacking its opponents with swift pounces and blue spheres it can fire from its mouth. With a keen sense of smell, it can track anything from miles away and not let up the search. Klipse's Fusion Core Reactor exploded, Evo and Lock were both enveloped in the blast, merging into one Monsuno, Lock 2.0.Nitestone is Chase's third Monsuno acquired. In Rising, it participated in the massive battle royale between Team Core-Tech, S.T.O.R.M., and Eklipse. It's legs are crystal-like, and are capable of firing lasers. In Assault, it carried Team Core-Tech to the Cloud Carrier and participated in the assault on S.T.O.R.M. In Life, it was seen at the end of the episode alongside Quickforce giving a ride to Team Core-Tech. Evo then maneuvered around all of S.T.O.R.M.'s attacks, leading to the defeats of Crossbolt and Skysite. In Deceit, it was launched into battle to take down Airswitch after the latter had immobilized Lock. When the Wild Core began randomly firing attacks, Chase and Evo maneuvered around the blasts and launched one final attack, successfully destroying the Wild Core. In Eye, it was used alongside Quickforce to launch an attack on the activated Wild Core. His other Monsuno include Evo, given to him by his father when they were able to meet up briefly in episode 8 (Appleseeds), and Nightstone, who made his debut.
